Indian Head massage
Indian head massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in India for over a thousand years. It is a wonderfully simple, safe and highly beneficial therapy that Indian families use for relaxation and healing on a daily basis.
How does Indian Head Massage work?
Indian head massage releases the stress and tension that has accumulated on the tissues, muscles, and joints of the shoulders, neck, head, and face.

It is deeply calming, and relaxing, but will leave you feeling energised, revitalised, and more focused. Particularily good for computer users/office based workers.

What to expect at a treatment
The first thing we would do is sit together and have a consultation about your health and wellbeing is at the current time. We would check for any contraindications that may mean you cannot have this particular treatment. We would, however, look at an alternative treatment should this be the case.
Normally Indian Head Massage is performed seated, however I prefer to do this treatment with my clients lying down. This is because it is far more comfortable and relaxing for the client and enables me greater access to the necessary stress points we reach.
